How to use
FasciaBlaster tools

Quick FasciaBlasting Tips

Use on bare skin WITH Oil. The tools do
not work over clothing or on dry skin

Use a light and VERY brisk motion like a washboard, as shown in
the tutorials. The temptation is to “massage,” which feels good and
okay, but it’s not the FasciaBlaster technique. So, fast and light!

You do not need to push through pain. Begin at the layer of the
skin and slowly push more and more as the fascia begins to open.

We recommend starting with a “small claw” tool and using it until the
skin becomes warm and red, signaling blood flow to the surface fascia.

When a small claw tool becomes pleasurable, we recommend
moving to a “large claw tool. Blast down into the myofascial
tissue at the level of the muscle

As you are blasting, tune into your body and feel
for sensitive spots, “gravel” or giant clumps

Finish by using the nugget with a “poke and wiggle-wiggle”

Ashley Says
“Listen, any tool is a good tool. Any time to blast is a good time to blast. When in doubt, blast it out. If it hurts, don’t avoid it; it’s the very thing that needs blasting. You can’t do it wrong. Just start and let your inner teacher take over. I am here every step of the way”
Bruising and soreness are to be expected as fascia restores. The bruising tells the story of the dysfunctional fascia. Ease up when needed and go little by little, layer by layer, until the bruising stops completely!... until you reach new layers!
